IGSR customer service staff is the channel to provide timely and accurate information to our commercial partners over products and services. Likewise, information about shipments update, new purchase order and feedback on our products is also handled by customer service through the SAP system. The customer service team is committed to learn our customers. Needs, and implement action plans in order to satisfy them. Further, customer service will arrange the customer satisfaction survey to ensure the smooth operation of the whole commercialization process, because the feedbacks from our customers is regard as a wealth for our further service quality improvement endeavor.
